Hi Folks,
It's been a busy week - putting up a new antenna (details to come), exploring possible locations for DXpeditions, looking at an old Yaesu FRG7 that has come my way (details also to come....) and other bits and pieces. But I did manage to find time to turn on the radio here at home. The Latins have been extremely disappointing so far this winter, but several signals did manage to make it through the noise. It was also good to hear the All India Radio regionals making the journey on the 60mb:

3185 USA. WWRB - Morrison TN. Overcomer Ministry at 1052, ID by "The Bro", talks and songs, fair signal but heavy local TVI on June 2. This frequency appears to have been recently reactivated.
👍 4055 GUATEMALA. R. Verdad - Chiquimula. Spanish programming with anncts, ID at 1058, then a short hymn. A talk at 1100, weak signal, June 2.
👍 4774.91 PERU. R. Tarma - Tarma, Junín. Weak signal with many rapid anncts and occasional music at 1041. Not as strong as in past years, June 2.
👍 4810 PERU. R. Logos - Chazuta, Tarapoto. Religious songs with a light feel by a church choir, station ID at 1030. Then at 1032, preaching with singing in the background. Great to hear this one on again after an absence last year. Weak signal and occasional QRM from Asian fishing fleets and ute QRM on 4812, June 2.
👍 4810 INDIA. AIR - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Hindi with a cricket report at 1450, fair to poor signal, June 3.
👍 4835 INDIA. AIR - Gangtok, Sikkim. Difficult to pick the language at 1444, except for a clear ID as "All India Radio" then into a popular Indian song at 1445, weak signal but good to hear it again, June 3.
👍 4865 BRAZIL. R. Verdes Florestas - Cruzeiro do Sul AC. Mainly talk (preaching) from 1105 with occasional IDs and short bursts of music. First time heard this year and is heard later in the evening than other Brazilians because of its location in the far west of the country. A weak but clear signal on June 2.
👍 4870.03 INDIA. AIR - Delhi Kingsway. Int'l service in Nepali at 1359 with discussion program, // 7555 and 11775 kHz, but all three freqs were only fair to poor signals. Monitored till closure of this service at 1430. Then 4870 continues with the R. Sedaye Kashmir service in Kashmiri, with ID at 1432 and music. Nothing heard from the Indonesian RRI-Wamena on this evening, June 3.
4885 KOREA REP. Echo of Hope - Hwaesong. Discussion program at 1018, fair signal and no jamming, // 6350.04 kHz on June 2.
4900 CHINA. Voice of the Strait - Fuzhou. Amoy service with talks and music at 1356, good signal, June 3.
👍 4910 INDIA. AIR - Jaipur. Hindi service at 1353, weak signal, June 3.
👍 4920 INDIA. AIR - Chennai. Commentary in Hindi at 1345, many mentions of India and Pakistan, fair signal, June 3.
4960 SAO TOMÉ. VoA - Pinheira. Hausa service to WAf at 2045 with a discussion program, weak signal, June 1.
👍 4965 ZAMBIA. Voice of Hope - Makeni Ranch. Heavily accented English preaching to SAf at 2035, ID at 2038 as "Live from Africa, this is the Voice of Hope, broadcasting on 4965 and 6065 kHz". Then into a very bluesy Gospel song. Scheduled on weekdays only. A weak signal here, but stronger on the // 6065, June 1.
👍 5010 INDIA. AIR - Thiruvananthapuram. English and Hindi at 1320, strong carrier but very weak audio level made listening difficult, a live cricket broadcast of Sri Lanka v South Africa, June 3.
👍 5040 INDIA. AIR - Jeypore. First tuned in 1225, no English news at 1230, instead it was a live cricket broadcast in a mix of English and Hindi of the Sri Lanka v South Africa match. Not sure who was playing as conditions didn't allow clear copy. Monitored till 1305, fair to poor signal, June 3.
5154.2 RUSSIA. Channel Marker F - Vladivostok. CW "F" at 1310, a fair signal. Also noted Channel Marker M - Madagan a few hertz up at a slightly weaker strength. June 3.
👍 6350.04 KOREA REP. Echo of Hope - Hwaesong. Up from the usual 6348 at 1022, and leaving the jamming behind on the old freq! Good signal with discussion program, and // 4885 also heard on June 2.
7555 INDIA. AIR - Delhi Kingsway. Hindi service at 1430 with the live cricket match between Sri Lanka and South Africa, fair to poor signal, June 3.
👍 9370 USA. WWRB - Morrison TN. Weird singing, shouting, talking, groaning and general strange noises at 1120. Good wholesome Sunday evening entertainment!Overcomer Ministry with an earlier than scheduled broadcast. Fair signal on June 4, and appears to be now on earlier than previously scheduled.
9665 D.P.R.KOREA. KCBS - Kanggye. Martial music at 2126, time pips and ID at 2130, into fake news. Fair signal, June 1.
12095 PHILIPPINES. FEBC - Bocaue. Hmong service at 1105 with religious songs and preaching, fair signal in local RFI, June 4.
12120 GUAM. KTWR - Agana. Mongolian to EAs at 1112, into Cantonese 1115. Weak signal on June 4.
15350 GERMANY. Athmeeyayathra - Nauen. In the scheduled Bhojpuri language on Saturdays and Sundays to SAs (Hindi on weekdays) at 1455 until s/off 1459, fair signal, June 3.
