Reception conditions have not been good, but there are signals to be heard if you can set yourself up in a quiet location where manmade noise is not too impactful. From monitoring done here at Mount Evelyn, there's a good selection of countries represented in the list below.

3320 D.P.R.KOREA. PBS Pyongyang Pansong - Pyongyang. Choral/operatic music at 1833, fair signal, Jan 27.
⭐ 3325 INDONESIA. RRI - Palangkaraya. A good signal for the German service at 1827, // the much weaker 4750 outlet. Jan 27.
⭐ 3480 KOREA REP. Voice of the People - Kyonggi-do, Koyang. Korean commentaries at 1837, good signal but with slight siren jamming in the background. // 3910, 3930 also heard but with heavy jamming there, Jan 27.
4750 BANGLADESH. Bangladesh Betar - Shavar. Continues with its appalling modulation problems at 1750. Scheduled for English at this time and could have been but too hard to tell! Plenty of signal strength but spoilt by bad audio. Jan 27.
4750 INDONESIA. RRI - Cimanggis. German service s/on 1800, weak signal under the much stronger, distorted Shavar signal. Pity! Jan 27.
⭐ 4765 UNIDENTIFIED. Perhaps this is R. Tajikistan, Yangi Yul? A very weak signal and fading in/out at 1915. Occasional grabs of talks and music. I haven’t seen this one reported anywhere in quite a while. Is it still on the air? Jan 26.
⭐ 4850 CHINA. PBS Xinjiang - Urumqi. Kazakh service at 1746 for the local Kazakh ethnic minority, especially those living in the Lli Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, west of Urumqi. Good signal until s/off 1759, Jan 27.
⭐ 4950 INDIA. AIR - Srinagar. At 1731 with talks (perhaps news?) in a subcontinent language (possibly Hindi or Kashmiri), difficult to tell which one as the signal was weak. Indian instrumental music and anncts at 1740, off-air at 1745, Jan 27.
4965 ZAMBIA. Voice of Hope Africa - Lusaka. American pops and English anncts at 1906. ID at 1908 as “This is International Radio, Voice of Hope”, poor signal, Jan 26.
5830 UNIDENTIFIED. Mid Eastern language at 1852 with a very weak signal, long interview program and no ID. Monitored to past 1910. Perhaps the listed Iran International with their TV audio relay? Jan 26.
⭐ 6065 ZAMBIA. Voice of Hope Africa - Makeni Ranch. American preaching at 1845, weak signal, Jan 26.
⭐ 6100 D.P.R.KOREA. KCBS - Kanggye. Orchestral selections at 1725, Korean anncts, a good signal but severe co-channel QRM from CRI’s English to Eu, Jan 27.
7445 MADAGASCAR. BBC - Talata Volonondry. English interview show to EAf at 1817. Fair signal at equal strength to the co-channel CRI-Urumqi in Mandarin to Eu. A better signal was also heard on // 7265. Jan 26.
⭐ 9500 ESWATINI. TWR Africa - Manzini. Interval Signal at 1800, s/on ID anncts in English at 1802, then Arabic preaching to EAf. A weak signal here. Scheduled for English programming on the weekends. Jan 26.
9570 FRANCE. DW - Issoudun. Hausa to WAf, fair signal at 1830. Runs // 9830 via Pinheira, São Tomé but barely audible there, Jan 26.
⭐ 9610 GERMANY. Voice of Oromo Liberation - Nauen. At 1722 in the Oromo language for EAf with talks and snippets of African instrumental music, fair signal, Jan 27.
⭐ 9635 ENGLAND. R. Ndarason Int’l - Woofferton. Kanuri service to Chad at 1832, fair signal, Jan 26.
⭐ 9720 BULGARIA. Dimtse Radio Erena - Kostinbrod. Tigrinya service to Eritrea at1750 with African pops, ID at 1755, off-air at 1800. Good signal, Jan 26.
9820 ENGLAND. World’s Last Gasp!! - Woofferton. English preaching to CAf at 1745, fair signal, Jan 26.
⭐ 9925 PHILIPPINES. R. Pilipinas - Tinang. Canned IDs at 1810, then a program on COVID-19 in a mix of English and Filipino languages. Beamed to ME, weak signal, Jan 26.
9975 USA. KVOH - Rancho Simi, CA. American preaching to CAm, f/in 0505, very weak. Jan 24.
⭐ 11540 PRIDNESTROVIE. Dengê Welat - Grigoriopol. Kurdish dance music, jaunty stuff! At 1035 to WAs, a weak signal here, Jan 16.
