A CLOSER LOOK AT SINPO

When shortwave listeners write a reception report to a broadcaster, working out the SINPO code can be confusing. If you are going to use SINPO, it is important to accurately describe the reception conditions so that radio stations receive a clear picture of how well (or not!) their signals are reaching their target global audiences. This video takes a closer look at the code, points out some of the pitfalls when using it, and how we might improve it for greater accuracy.
