Another Loner! 17mHz

17550 KUWAIT. RK - Sulaibiyah. Arabic at 2025, wonderful signal and pleasant programming with local music. No one else seems to use this band at this time except for RNZ 17675 which s/on 2051 with it's chirpy bird IS.
