India's Audio Problems



11710   INDIA. All India Radio - Delhi. Huge signal but horribly distorted audio for music, followed by hum on low level audio for announcements at 1935 for the Arabic service. ID at 1945 to begin the French service, still with the hum but an increased audio level, commensurate with the big signal strength, and still with distorted audio for music. This was one of the dirtiest signals I've heard from AIR in a long time!
