4955 PERU. R. Cultural Amauta, Huanta. First noted at 1033 with what sounded like a religious program. Weak level and never improved past 1110.

 There were a few weak LA carriers around tonight but nothing eventuated. Pity! The nice lady next door was not at home so no TV oscillations to contend with.....
