Cuba - New Frequency


11880   CUBA.  As I type this, Havana is now here at 2100 s/on in French at very good strength. Unfortunately, today I can't hang around till 2130 to hear the expected QRM from NHK Montsinery in their Portuguese service to Sth America.  :-)
