Voice of Kuanghua, Radio Dialogue and others

While logging all those new frequencies for the recent posts, there were also a few others that popped up and are not commonly heard here at Mount Evelyn.

9330   USA.  WBCQ - an associated broadcaster using the transmitters?? Assume so. Perhaps one of our US friends can ID this for me.  News 0945, adverts, religious programming 0955 no ID at 1000, just more preaching, fair to poor signal, not often heard here, Oct 30.

9745  TAIWAN.  Guanghua zhi Sheng (Voice of Kuanghua) - Kuanyin. This station now in the clear since RFA and CNR1 have left the freq. and gone to play elsewhere! At 1712 with a fair signal, talks and music in Mandarin. Surprising not to hear it jammed (perhaps not a threat??), Oct 29.

12105   MADAGASCAR. R. Dialogue - Talata Volonondry. Long live speech in Shona or a similar language at 1547. Then studio annct  at 1654 with an English ID as "Radio Dialogue puts the community in front"! Then back to the speech. Final s/off anncts at 1700 in Shona. Solid signal on Oct 31.

15345.2   ARGENTINA. R. Nacional Argentina - General Pacheco. Impressive signal at 0100 with the National service on Sundays and Mondays. Plenty of IDs as Radio Nacional. Still going at 0230 but much weaker by then on Oct 28. Don't get this confused with the external service - they ARE different, so check the times and listen for IDs.

21630   USA.  WHRI - Cypress Creek. English preaching at 1605, poor signal and not often heard here at Mount Evelyn. High solar flux over the last week or so has helped this one make the distance on Oct 29.

21670   SAUDI ARABIA.  BSKSA - Riyadh. Fair but variable signal with the Indonesian service 0930, Oct 26.
