    Hi Rob...

    It seems that this crowd fired up on 7190 kHz between 1500UTC and 1535UTC for a while until they were noticed. It shows up in their B18 schedule as a Korean program.. There are a few reception reports on YouTube..

    It would appear that a complaint to the ACMA via the WIA has closed this transmission for now until the legalities are resolved.
